Home I'M LOST!

You don't really have to memorize all the names of particles, how they interact, their masses, etc. However, such information can come in handy at times. For this reason, the Contemporary Physics Education Project (CPEP) put together a huge, colorful chart which summarizes the Standard Model and lists the fundamental particles.

View the actual chart: Medium (105k bytes) Large (395k bytes)

To view the chart, go to the "Home" page, and then go to the "Complete Menu," which gives you a link to the chart. Or just click on this Chart Link.

If you have visited the Complete Menu page, you will recognize the main graphic in that page as being a simplified version of the Standard Model Chart. You can click on any of the topics on that chart to link to the corresponding section of the Particle Adventure.
