Feel free to edit, etc. I told the students this would need to be done. We don't have a web site yet at school. We're out in the mountains 50 mi East of San Diego, and phone lines are expensive--we're working to that end though. I am connected to the Internet at home. The files are on my computer. I've downloaded using ftp, but I've never uploaded. If you can give instructions I can upload. otherwise I'll snail mail the disk. All the graphics and htmls are on one disk. Our school mascot is the "Redskins" so that's what our icon is. We've been under a lot of brouhaa lately because of it. Will send a list of the students names. let me know how you want the files sent. Thanks so much!! slafo > > Susan Lafo, > Hi! Did you make a temporary directory for me to use to "dump" my stuff into? couldn't see a temp file when I "ls" to check. This is the way the timeline breaks down: main.html - the first page of the timeline 1. timelin1.html - the ancients list of people 2. 16-18's - the 1600's to 1800's 3. 1800line.html - Inside the atom list of scientists 4. mat^2.html - the quantum atom list of scientists (oops, I forgot to put "list of scientists under "2" Again, feel free to edit. I did some, but you probably need to do more. Again, thank you--these kids are so far from thow that they sometime feel as if they are not part of the larger world. this is a great honor for them. They really worked hard. I'm proud of them. Please advise as to directory. slafo
